The Ode Valve Return Policy

⚠ Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID-19. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Delivery timeframes and guarantees are currently not promised by carriers.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • We proudly ship from Toronto, ON, Canada, and the Greater Toronto Area.
  • We generally process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once an order is placed successfully, an email confirmation with order details will be sent. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • Should you require any assistance or need to make a change to the order details, please contact us immediately at sales@odevalve.com
  • We will not be able to make any changes to your order after the order has shipped. Please ensure you have entered the correct ship-to address.
  • We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. Should orders return back to us, you will be provided a refund excluding the shipping amount paid, and ask you to re-submit a new order with the corrected shipping address.

CANADA

  • For regular domestic Canadian orders, we mainly use Canada Post, however, we may also use CanparPurolatorSprintstar, or any other carrier. The standard delivery timeframe is 2-10 business days across Canada.
  • Northern and remote locations may require additional time.
  • Since we ship from Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, regular orders within Ontario may result in a shipping timeframe of 2-6 business days.
  • For express, expedited shipments we may use Canada Post XpresspostPurolator Express, or UPS Express services where available and applicable.
  • Local pickup and local delivery may be available, please contact us for more information and for a rate.

When provided with a return authorization, you will receive the correct return address. Please refrain from shipping the item to any address other than the one specified to avoid any delays in processing your return.

6. Refund Processing:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that the 30% restocking fee, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, will be deducted from the total refund amount.

7. Non-Returnable Items:
Please be aware that certain items may be excluded from our return policy due to hygiene or safety reasons. These non-returnable items will be clearly indicated in the product description.
