Introducing the ODE 21 Series Solenoid Valves. These are stainless steels solenoid valves. Yes. You read that right. This 316 Stainless Steel Solenoid Valve showcased today are apart of the 21I family series.

Similar to the other series of valves, the diaphragm can be replaced. ODE has combined acting valves such as the one in the above mentioned video – so you have your plunger, spring and diaphragm all in one piece. It does not matter which orientation the top plate is placed, as it’s a zero-differential combined acting valve. At ease, we are able to replace the diaphragm and tighten the bolts.

Again, ODE valves have an engraving on the side, identifying the model and sealing material. These valves come from 1/4 inch in size to 1 1/2 inch normally open and normally closed. Remember, we can distinguish normally open valves by the groove lines in the valve.

With this family of stainless steel solenoid valves, you can increase the power with the coil.

• 8W coil does about 100PSI.
• 12W coil does about 150PSI.
• 14W coil provides the maximum PSI.

Coils can get pricy, so it is important to use the right coil you need for your application.

You can also add an anti-humidity kit, also known as an IP67 kit as an add-on. Not to forget, you can choose from a variety of DIN connectors. The coils will have the same fit to have these different DIN connectors added.

Whether it’s a conduit DIN, or lead, or LED connector, they will all add onto the coil.

If you do need to go to explosion proof, the ODE offers explosion proof coil with the 24 inch molded cable.
